I'm a published author based in Ireland. I've published more than 10 self-care books, with Hay House, Llewellyn Worldwide, and Gill Books. I have also self-published. My 'One Day at a Time Healing Diary' comes out every year.

I want to teach people how to heal themselves, and learn spiritual concepts, and what healing is, through fiction. So my newest books are written as literary fiction > magical realism, and weave in many of my experiences as a healer.
